(above) This is an installation shot of the painting "Australia-Australia-Australia" (2006) when it was part of a group show of artists creating work inside a "vacant" property in Carlton, Victoria. There have been a whole series of "Empty Shows" in unused, private properties throughout australia. This particular show accompanied the rally against the G20 meeting in 2006. I have no idea where this painting ended up. Anyway, very happy a digital version got used for the cover of Overland Magazine 192, in 2008.
