the carriers project 2009

In 2009, the Carriers Project took a slightly different path. The CEOs decided to make a tow truck the principle 'carrier' of the artwork (instead of myself). I guess there was no other way of getting a burnt car around Melbourne's CBD. This work was called "Good Morning Afghanistan", by anonymous collective the CEOs (collective engagement operatives) and was made to cooincide with the 8th anniversary of the invasion of Afghanistan. There were no problems with authorities. The work was a suprise intervention into Melbourne's CBD. Click here to view video of this artwork.
